Do you have a shop I can visit?
Where do your items come from?
All of our products are sourced direct from manufactures.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery to the UK is a standard rate of £4.95+VAT on all orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We process all payments securely through Stripe.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all order Next Day on a 24 hour delivery (UK mainland ONLY). Orders to EU countries and non UK mainland may take 48-72 hours for delivery.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
- Yes, you will receive a VAT invoice with your order
- If you are a VAT registered companies based outside of the UK and Ireland, you will be charged 0% VAT
How secure is my data?
- Payment information is securely taken through an online portal and we never see, or hold, your credit/debit card information on file.
- All personal user data is held securely on password a protected server in compliance with GDPR regulations.

How can I track my delivery?
You can track your order online using the link in the courier tracking email we send when your order is despatched. If you have any queries regarding delivery, you’ll get the quickest response by contacting the courier directly. If you have another issue, please contact us.
